THE SCENT OF GENTLE SUPPORT

Sara - a blend for those moments when it churns inside and there are no words for it yet. I reach for it for myself and for my child, when the feeling is too big to fit and I need real, steady support.

I reach for this blend when it is restless and heavy inside, when feelings rise strongly and you no longer know where to put yourself. One inhale is not enough here. Sara becomes a good friend for a week, a month or a few, until the feelings slowly settle and the situation stops stirring the inside.

In aromapsychology, Sara is linked with deep, unspoken layers of feeling - the ones that settle after loss, fright or a hard experience and travel with us for years. Its scent is deep, rich, enveloping, like a warm hand on your shoulder just when you need it most. You inhale, and the body recognises: here it is safe to release what you have carried for so long.

For an adult - gentle support for yourself

When the day leaves a heaviness in your chest and you long to come back to yourself.

A safe space for feelings

When I want to sit with what is inside, I drip a few drops into the diffuser. The soft scent helps create a sense that I am safe, and the feelings can simply be, without pressure.

Settling a harder moment

When my chest tightens, I dab a drop with a carrier onto the heart area and take a few slow breaths. This scent helps me settle and feel that I am not alone with what I feel.

For a gentle practice with yourself

In my evening practice, Sara helps me stay with self-compassion. I turn it on in the diffuser, place my hand on my heart and simply breathe, letting myself be gentle.

For a child - a safe space for feelings

A big feeling a child carries in the body - in tense shoulders, a tear for no reason, a sudden anger or withdrawal - sooner than they find a word for it. Sara tells that body: here it is safe.

Before kindergarten or school

Even the shift from home to kindergarten, from kindergarten to school or a new group can etch itself deeply into a child as an unpleasant memory. While the child is going through such a hard period, every morning before leaving I rub a drop of Sara, diluted with a carrier oil, into each little sole. A small morning ritual they carry with them all day.

When you notice deeper little hurts

When a child grows more withdrawn or more sensitive, and cannot yet find the words. Sara creates a soft, calm environment where feelings can be acknowledged without pressure, and your presence beside them grows even gentler.

If the scent is not liked right away

Sometimes the scent feels foreign to a child at first. Then diffuse it while the child is at kindergarten or school: on return they will not feel a strong scent, and the soft aroma lingers in the air for about a day, so the home space stays calm.

🌸 Ways to use and recipes

In the diffuser (for yourself): 3 drops into the diffuser for a moment of calm.

In the diffuser (for a child): 2-3 drops into the diffuser by the bed.

For a child before kindergarten or school: rub 1 drop with a carrier oil into each little sole every morning, while the child is going through a hard period.

On the heart: a drop with a carrier oil on the heart area, a few slow breaths.

For gentleness: pair with lavender, so the scent is even softer and calmer.

About carrier oil. When applying an essential oil to the skin, we always dilute it with a carrier. Choose the highest quality, organic - coconut, olive or another real oil. I myself use Young Living V-6 carrier oil.

Changes come at their own pace - gently, slowly, but firmly, from the very foundations. Gentleness comes when you let feelings simply be, safely and without rushing.

Why I choose Young Living in particular

A scent this gentle, this heart-touching, works only when it is real. Up to 90% of the essential oils sold on the market are diluted, mixed with cheaper oils or synthetic.

That is why I choose Young Living. Gary Young, the founder, created the Seed to Seal standard - the path from seed to seal. When you inhale, you inhale a real plant essence, the one that touches that deeper part of the heart.

I have been with Young Living since 2018. With this company and its huge, fragrant community, I grow myself, and so do my children. I have lived through many personal experiences and experiences with my children, situations that made my trust in these products grow even stronger. If you have not tried it yet - I invite you too. I discovered it quite unexpectedly; perhaps you too are looking for exactly this kind of help right now?

Essential oils are traditionally used to support wellbeing and a sensory ritual. This is not a medical remedy and does not replace professional help. When applying to the skin, dilute with a carrier oil. Every body is unique - listen to your own.
